Connection properties:

Steps to create connection:
There are two ways to create connection -
Choose the Freshdesk connector from Pipeline tab > add connection
Pipeline tab
b. Go to the Connections tab > add connection > from the dropdown select Freshdesk.
Fill in the required details.
Click on the Test connection button to confirm.
Click Create connection.
