How to retrieve Freshsales Access Token & Domain name

Access Token:

Step 1: Login to https://www.freshworks.com/crm/login

Step 2: You will be taken to the dashboard of Freshsales once you login.

Step 3: On the left panel click on Admin settings > API settings.

Step 4: Under CRM API details Verify not a robot.

Domain Name:

  • After logging in to your account in the address URL you can find your Domain Name (<your_domain_name>.myfreshworks.com)
