Guide: Finding Your Account ID

Introduction

Your Account ID is a unique identifier associated with your account in our system. It's important for accessing support, managing your account, and troubleshooting any issues you encounter. Here's how you can easily locate your Account ID:

 

1. Sign-Up Email

When you first signed up for our service, your Account ID was included in the sign-up email sent to you. If you still have access to that email, you can quickly find your Account ID there.

 

2. Accessing Through the Navbar

  1. User Avatar:

    • Log in to your account and look for your user avatar in the top right corner of the screen.

  1. Admin Menu:

    • Click on your user avatar to open the dropdown menu, then select "Admin" from the options available.

  1. Account and License Tab:

    • In the Admin section, navigate to the "Account and License" tab. This section may be labeled differently depending on your account settings.

  2. Account Details Tab:

    • Within the "Account and License" tab, locate and click on the "Account Details" tab. Here you'll find your Account ID listed along with other account information.

 

 

3. Send My Account Details

1.Access the App and click Forgot Password

 

  1. Click Send my Account Details

 

  1. Input your email and Click Send Account Details

 

  1. You will receive an email describing your username and account id
