Create Survey Monkey v2 Connection

Connection Properties:

Name	Mandatory	Description

Name	Mandatory	Description
Connection Name	Yes	Name of the connection
Description	No	Description of connection
Authorize	Yes	To authorize EazyDi app with your Survey Monkey account.

Steps to create connection:

Choose the Survey Monkey connector from Pipeline tab > add connection / on the Connections tab > add connection > from the dropdown select Survey Monkey.

Pipeline Tab

Fill in the required details.
Click on Authorize button.
You will be redirected to Survey Monkey, after accepting, EazyDi will be added as an app.
