1. Access token:
Step 1: Login to Customer Support Software & Ticketing System | Freshdesk
Step 2: You will be taken to the dashboard of Freshdesk once you login.
Step 3: On the top right corner click on your profile > profile settings > view API Key.
2. Domain Name
After logging in to your account in the address url you can find your Domain Name (<your_domain_name>.myfreshworks.com)
